review"The George Hotel is one of the most iconic hotels in Europe, never mind Bonnie Scotland. Its location in the stylish New Town of Edinburgh puts it in the epicentre of the city's cool shopping and nightlife quarter. Rooms and suites are super stylish, and jammed with technology and luxurious extras - plasma TV, movies on demand, exquisite toiletries, and laptop safes that actually fit normal laptops. All meals served at the George are mouthwatering and the menus are extensive. The George is a big player in Edinburgh but it retains a sophisticated boutique hotel feel. If you are planning a meeting, try and book the Panorama Room with its spectacular views. TIP: Head to Tempus Bar next door for a cool cocktail or three."
