The SECC and Clyde Auditorium are sited on the banks of the River Clyde, in Glasgow's Finnieston area. There are 3 hotels within sight of the arenas, The Crowne Plaza, The Hilton Garden Inn (formerly The Mint Hotel) and The Campanile Hotel. Taking each one in turn:

(1) The Crowne Plaza, Congress Road, Glasgow G3 8QT. This hotel is literally right beside the SECC, and is the closest accommodation you will find. A one minute walk takes you to the SECC Plaza from where you can access both the SECC and the Clyde Auditorium.

(2) The Campanile SECC, 10 Tunnel Street, Glasgow G3 8HL. No more than 100 metres from the Clyde Auditorium, the Campanile offers budget/mid range accommodation for those visiting the SECC, and is a slightly less up-market option than either of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity.

(3) The Hilton Garden Inn (formerly The Mint Hotel), Finnieston Quay, Glasgow G3 8HN. About the same distance away as the Campanile, but it sits right on the banks of the river. A quick 2 minute walk takes you to the front of the SECC.

Slightly further afield, but still within easy walking distance, there lie a clutch of mid-range and budget hotels. These are,

The Lorne Hotel,

Smiths Hotel,

The Argyle Guest House and Argyle Hotel,

The Devoncove Hotel,

The Kelvingrove Hotel,

The Sandyford Hotel

All are within sight of each other (well, almost!) on Sauchiehall Street, and offer excellent value accommodation for those looking to stretch their budget slightly further. All of these hotels are no more than 0.6 miles from the SECC.

To get from these hotels to the SECC, Hotels.tv/Glasgow has added a walking route - see the SECC Glasgow Guide "How to walk from your hotel to the SECC", where every hotel listed has a route specifically mapped out to the SECC.
