Glasgow's SECC and Clyde Auditorium are served by their own railway station, Exhibition Centre. This station is no more than a 5-minute walk from the SECC via a covered walkway that crosses over the A814 Clydeside Expressway.
Exhibition Centre station is just 2 stops or 3 minutes from Glasgow Central station, itself the main city centre station and accessed from all over Scotland and beyond.
A simple route diagram shows where Exhibition Centre station lies on the routes to and from Glasgow Central and beyond:
Rutherglen --- Dalmarnock --- Bridgton --- Argyle Street --- Central --- Anderston --- Exhibition Centre --- Partick --- Hyndland --- Jordanhill --- Scotstounhill --- Garscadden --- Yoker
As well as those hotels located near the SECC, here at Hotels.tv/Glasgow we thought it would be useful to show those hotels a bit further out, but close to a railway station that serves Exhibition Centre directly. So, here we list our selection of the best hotels near stations that would allow you to hop on and off close to your hotel and the SECC.
